If you hadn’t stripped off my notes to this as well as my credit, you’d have seen that I stated myself that I didn’t think this was one of my best efforts.
“Shit’s” a bit harsh, but any criticism of my work is welcome.
Stripping my name from this post however, is not welcome.
Likewise all the other posts of mine you reblogged without credit this evening.
An email to tumblr support is on it’s way, and hopefully you’ll be on your way once they’ve read it.
You’d be wise to remove this is if you want to carry on your ‘fun’.

Although I wouldn’t word it like that or spell so atrociously, I know from experience that tumblr take complaints of that nature very seriously.
Ask anyone who’s had “their shit” credited to someone else on here.
It’s against tumblr’s terms and conditions, and tumblr do PLENTY.
First they will send the offending user an email warning them about their conduct.
Secondly, they will send an email to the user that made the complaint informing them that the offending user has been cautioned, and that any further complaints of this nature after a period of 48 hours will result in that user’s account being terminated and their IP blocked.
I know this because I’ve had to complain about idiots like this before, pal.

Get your facts straight before telling people to “grow up”.

ok this is my last response as i just dont care enough to argue with you. 1. before you correct me on spelling or anything for that matter you might want to do your research… such as reading the freaking bio for MY blog. 2. your getting way more attention than you would have from this gif because tumblrmemeclub did what they did so you should thank them. 3. you didnt actually say it wasnt your best work. “Couple of lightweight attempts at Betty Boop gifs” 4. how do you know exactly where tumblr meme club got this from? dont you think its a bit narcissistic to assume it came from you? do you have any factual evidence to back that up? 5. you clearly missed the point of my last post. the internet is not about hording credit for every little thing that you do. its about sharing with others to create and inspire. have you ever heard the philosophy ” give what you have away and you shall receive ten fold in return” ? 6. I dont recall seeing any credit to the original artist here. dont you think it is a little hypocritical to blast someone for not giving credit when you yourself have not listed the creator, Max Fleischer? although there are 20 some odd cartoons of Betty Boop in public domain (a simple wikipedia search will verify this. It happens to be a random fact I learned while enrolled in a computer ethics class) I still think if you are going to yell at someone for something you should at least be practicing what you preach. Maybe you have not heard the philosophy of “The Golden Rule: do to others what you would like to be done to you” or the ethics of reciprocity. And finally, if receiving acceptance and recognition from others is something you so desperately desire perhaps you should be more concerned with improving yourself rather than trying to make sure others are following the social ethics code. Again I will reference a philosophy you are most likely not familiar with; he who is without (there happy I fixed it) sin may cast the first stone. If we remove the religious connotations from this phrase we are actually left with a rather intriguing idea: nobody is perfect so who says anyone of us has the right to judge another’s faults as being worse than our own?
