I am currently a student of life. I graduated from Guilford College with a dual degree in Computer Information Technology and Philosophy. Now I do freelance programming and go on philosophical quests within my own mind. I like creating new things and I only sleep when I have to. I love robots and cars. According to the Associated Press, Jay-Z has teamed up with the New York Yankees to create co-branded clothing. The apparel, which will include shirts and caps and will be sold exclusively at Yankee Stadium starting next week, will feature logos from both the Yanks and Jay.
I guess somebody was listening when he said “I made the Yankee hat more famous than a Yankee can.”

hmm when is the next I will be in NY…
So my magic mouse has now gone through two sets of batteries since may(when I got it). It has got me thinking… I really want a new way to interact with my computer. Where is my minority report style interaction?
What happens when they have to go to the bathroom? they will see the other persons who-ha/thingy*!

I always wish I had stuff that doesn’t exist. I want that cool new piece of hardware /software that isn’t available. I can’t count the hours I have spent trolling the internet looking for the coolest gadgets available. Nothing I find ever seems to satisfy my craving for gadgets. I try to use every gadget I get to it’s maximum potential including repurposing it for things it may not have been intended for. As new technology is released I am impressed by it’s seemingly endless capabilities at first but then inevitably after some time I find it to be limiting or not living up to the hype. I think this is one of the reasons I am so engrossed in the idea of Artificial Intelligence. There seems to be a holy grail within the idea of creating something that can independently interact with me.
